As all the D.C. natives know, nothing completes a Sunday morning without brunch in the big city. Aside from D.C.’s historical monuments, Georgetown is known for its fabulous restaurants and cafes which are influenced by people all over the world. One of the most beautiful places to brunch at is by Georgetown’s waterfront. Nothing compares to a delicious French baguette with a hot cappuccino while viewing the Potomac River on a bright Sunday morning with your favorite girlfriends.

This Fashionista shows us that being classy like Audrey Hepburn is definitely a fashion statement. Whether you are brunching with your co-workers during your internship lunch break or going on a Saturday brunch date, always dress to impress by being bold and glam. Being bold creates confidence and glam adds on to your personal statement. This Fashionista combines subtle colors like light pastels with white vintage heels and a glittered gold clutch for a classic look. She completes a beautiful color scheme with a classic pink lacy dress.

In addition, depending on what accessories you use, you can always make your outfit a lot more casual by adding nude wedges or make it edgier by adding on black heels and a metallic black clutch. As you can see changing the type of shoe you wear or even the color of your accessories can make all the difference, and acceptable to wear to different occasions!

One Simple Change: If you have a job interview right after brunch, you can add on a long sleeve blazer for a more polished and clean look.
