WHAT TO WEAR: Back To School

January 28th, 2015 at 2:00am

So it’s that time once again. A new semester has arrived. You are seasoned to the usual meet and greets. You have the manners, the poise and the confidence. You radiate with the upbeat “it’s a new semester” personality and a great smile to match. Everything is right about that first exchange—except your outfit. This semester, you want to rectify your past mistakes by sporting a polished, fashionable look that will get you noticed by both your newfound classmates and professors.

This Fashionista hit her target right on the money with this amazing outfit. She matched a cozy sweater with a pair of dark-washed skinny jeans. She then accessorized this outfit with a white fleece scarf. Finally, she put on a sturdy pair of lace-up boots and pounded the pavement. It’s a versatile outfit that meshes with both the season and agenda for the day. The sweater and scarf are sure to keep you warm as you brave the frigid New England temperatures, and cognac is a classic winter color that harmonizes well with any pair of denim jeans. Lastly, a sleek updo looks professional and stylish when shuffling from class to class. Professors and classmates are sure to notice that you take pride in your appearance, and this will open doors for your future.

Why settle for sweats when you can look your best in something both comfortable and fashionable? It’s a no-brainer!

One Simple Change: Accessorize your outfit with a pair of fleece mittens that match the shade of the scarf. Keep your hands warm and toasty as you go about your daily duties. What could be better?
