Hello, Fashionista’s! Welcome to my page! I am so excited to start my internship with CollegeFashionista!

My name is Madison Reuer, but I go by Maddee. I am a junior at Sierra College, a community college in Sacramento, California. I am planning to graduate in the spring of this year with my associates degree in fashion industries and one in business entrepreneurship. I am unsure of what university I would like to transfer to when I am finished, but I have always wanted to go to FIT in New York City or FIDM in L.A. I am currently working a few jobs; I am a sales associate for Sunglass Hut and assistant manager for Claire’s Boutique. I love working in retail right now and being around a lot of people. I love being outdoors and being active. I also love shopping and doing hair and makeup. I also love to travel and hope that one day my job includes that!

I have always had a love for fashion. I have always used fashion and beauty as a way of expressing myself. When I was younger, I would dress my dolls up all pretty and walk them down a runway. I would throw random outfits together and even try dressing up my dogs if they let me. I love to sketch out designs and try and make them come to life. Once I got to high school I was able to take my very first fashion class, which was sewing, and I fell in love. It wasn’t until college that I was really able to explore my love for fashion and perfect what aspects I love the most. I love the visual side of fashion. I love to style people and also do visuals for stores. I have also always loved writing. I am so excited to incorporate both writing and fashion.

My style is pretty much all over the place. I tend to stick to more of street style looks or business casual and sometimes even boho chic. I would describe it in a nutshell as business casual with street style flare. I love wearing blazers, bomber jackets and neutral colors such as whites and blacks; they tend to be my staple pieces.
