There’s no denying that the weather is going to get colder as we begin to embrace the month of February. With such cold weather, peacoats make the perfect go-to jacket to stay warm. Not only are they functional to keep warm, but can be trendy and stylish as well. They add a touch of sophistication to any outfit and are perfect for both casual and formal occasions.

This Fashionista perfectly paired her peacoat with dark wash jeans, leather booties and a cloche hat to top off her look. The cloche hat is a cute accessory, which incorporates a ‘20s-inspired look into a modern one. So why wear a peacoat? Adding a peacoat is an easy and simple way to dress up any outfit for a casual, or even more sophisticated occasion. Black is the most common color that outerwear come in but that doesn’t mean colored peacoats can’t look cute. Red is also the perfect color for a peacoat if you want to stand out in the white snow. As seen by this Fashionista, red peacoats look great in the snow and are even better for February, the month of love.

What is your STYLE ADVICE OF THE WEEK? “Never be afraid to wear what you want to wear! Always be yourself. For example, there are many girls out there who don’t like dresses, but I absolutely adore them. When I’m in one I feel my happiest. We only get to live once, so be brave and be yourself.”
